### sec.114 Agent of registered political party
A registered political party that endorses a candidate in an election must appoint a person to be the agent of the party, for this part, for the election.
The registered political party must appoint a person as the party’s agent for an election under subsection (1) as soon as practicable after the party becomes a participant in the election by endorsing a candidate in the election.

(sec.114-ssec.1) A registered political party that endorses a candidate in an election must appoint a person to be the agent of the party, for this part, for the election.
(sec.114-ssec.2) The registered political party must appoint a person as the party’s agent for an election under subsection (1) as soon as practicable after the party becomes a participant in the election by endorsing a candidate in the election.
