### sec.114 Agent of registered political party A registered political party that endorses a candidate in an election must appoint a person to be the agent of the party, for this part, for the election. The registered political party must appoint a person as the party’s agent for an election under subsection (1) as soon as practicable after the party becomes a participant in the election by endorsing a candidate in the election. s 114 prev s 114 amd 2014 No. 44 s 77 ; 2017 No. 12 s 12 om 2019 No. 30 s 228 pres s 114 ins 2023 No. 8 s 28 (sec.114-ssec.1) A registered political party that endorses a candidate in an election must appoint a person to be the agent of the party, for this part, for the election.
