### sec.111 Persons acting on behalf of candidates and groups of candidates
A person acting on behalf of a candidate includes a committee formed to help the candidate’s election campaign in an election but does not include a committee that is recognised by a political party as forming part of the political party.
A person acting on behalf of a group of candidates includes a committee formed to help the election campaign of members of the group in an election.
