### sec.107A Meaning of fundraising contribution
A fundraising contribution is an amount paid by a person as a contribution, entry fee or other payment to entitle the person or another person to participate in, or otherwise obtain a benefit from, a fundraising or other venture or function.
Without limiting subsection (1) , a fundraising contribution includes—
an amount paid for a raffle ticket; and
an amount paid for an item at a fundraising auction.
An amount mentioned in subsection (1) is a fundraising contribution whether or not the venture or function to which the payment relates raises funds for an entity.
A fundraising contribution does not include an amount relating to the venture or function that is paid under a sponsorship arrangement.

(sec.107A-ssec.1) A fundraising contribution is an amount paid by a person as a contribution, entry fee or other payment to entitle the person or another person to participate in, or otherwise obtain a benefit from, a fundraising or other venture or function.
