### sec.103 Notice to electors whose ballot papers are not accepted
This section applies if—
in an election, a person casts a vote in the election and completes a declaration envelope for the vote; and
the person’s ballot paper is not accepted for counting under section 91 because the returning officer is not satisfied that the declarant on the declaration envelope is entitled to cast a vote in the election.
As soon as practicable after the election, the electoral commission must send a notice to the person advising the person why the ballot paper was not accepted for counting.

(sec.103-ssec.1) This section applies if— in an election, a person casts a vote in the election and completes a declaration envelope for the vote; and the person’s ballot paper is not accepted for counting under section 91 because the returning officer is not satisfied that the declarant on the declaration envelope is entitled to cast a vote in the election.
(sec.103-ssec.2) As soon as practicable after the election, the electoral commission must send a notice to the person advising the person why the ballot paper was not accepted for counting.
- (a) in an election, a person casts a vote in the election and completes a declaration envelope for the vote; and
- (b) the person’s ballot paper is not accepted for counting under section 91 because the returning officer is not satisfied that the declarant on the declaration envelope is entitled to cast a vote in the election.
