### sec.332A Existing vacancies in office of mayor or other councillor This section applies if— before the commencement, the office of a mayor or other councillor became vacant; and on the commencement, the vacancy has not been filled. Chapter 6, part 2, division 3 applies in relation to filling the vacancy as if the Electoral and Other Legislation (Accountability, Integrity and Other Matters) Amendment Act 2020 , had not commenced. s 332A ins 2020 No. 20 s 123 (sec.332A-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, the office of a mayor or other councillor became vacant; and on the commencement, the vacancy has not been filled.
