### sec.321 Existing recommendations continue
This section applies if—
before the commencement, the Local Government Remuneration and Discipline Tribunal had recommended the suspension or dismissal of a councillor to the Minister under former section 180; and
immediately before the commencement, the Minister had not considered or made a decision in relation to the recommendation.
For sections 120, 122 and 123, the recommendation is taken to be a recommendation made by the conduct tribunal under section 150AR.

(sec.321-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, the Local Government Remuneration and Discipline Tribunal had recommended the suspension or dismissal of a councillor to the Minister under former section 180; and immediately before the commencement, the Minister had not considered or made a decision in relation to the recommendation.
(sec.321-ssec.2) For sections 120, 122 and 123, the recommendation is taken to be a recommendation made by the conduct tribunal under section 150AR.
- (a) before the commencement, the Local Government Remuneration and Discipline Tribunal had recommended the suspension or dismissal of a councillor to the Minister under former section 180; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, the Minister had not considered or made a decision in relation to the recommendation.
