### sec.31 Local law register
A local government must keep a register of its local laws, in the way that is required under a regulation.
The public may inspect the register at the local government’s public office.
The department’s chief executive must keep a database of all local governments’ local laws and ensure a copy of the database may be viewed by the public on its website.
