### sec.303 Continuation of particular provisions of other Acts for corporate entities This section applies to a corporate entity mentioned in section 297(1). Each of the relevant Acts, as in force immediately before the commencement of the Local Government and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2012 (the amending Act ), continues to apply in relation to the corporate entity— as if the Act were not amended under the amending Act; and despite any amendment of the Act under the amending Act. In this section— relevant Act means either of the following— the Judicial Review Act 1991 ; the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2010 . s 303 ins 2013 No. 60 s 19 (sec.303-ssec.1) This section applies to a corporate entity mentioned in section 297(1). (sec.303-ssec.2) Each of the relevant Acts, as in force immediately before the commencement of the Local Government and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2012 (the amending Act ), continues to apply in relation to the corporate entity— as if the Act were not amended under the amending Act; and despite any amendment of the Act under the amending Act.
