### sec.254 Constitution and limits of local government need not be proved
It is not necessary for the plaintiff in any proceedings started by, for or against a local government to prove—
the local government’s constitution; or
the boundaries of the local government area; or
the boundaries of a division of the local government area.
- (a) the local government’s constitution; or
- (b) the boundaries of the local government area; or
- (c) the boundaries of a division of the local government area.
