### sec.219A Brighter Super Trustee may obtain details of salary changes for particular members
Brighter Super Trustee may, by notice, require each of the following to give Brighter Super Trustee details of the salary of each of its permanent employees who are Brighter Super members after any change to the salary of any of the employees—
a local government other than the Brisbane City Council;
a local government entity.
The notice must state the day on which the details must be given to Brighter Super Trustee.
The local government or local government entity must comply with the notice.

(sec.219A-ssec.1) Brighter Super Trustee may, by notice, require each of the following to give Brighter Super Trustee details of the salary of each of its permanent employees who are Brighter Super members after any change to the salary of any of the employees— a local government other than the Brisbane City Council; a local government entity.
(sec.219A-ssec.2) The notice must state the day on which the details must be given to Brighter Super Trustee.
(sec.219A-ssec.3) The local government or local government entity must comply with the notice.
