### sec.208 Superannuation board (Brighter Super Trustee)
The Queensland Local Government Superannuation Board under the 1993 Act continues in existence under this Act under the name Brighter Super Trustee.
Brighter Super Trustee—
is a body corporate; and
may sue and be sued in its corporate name.

(sec.208-ssec.1) The Queensland Local Government Superannuation Board under the 1993 Act continues in existence under this Act under the name Brighter Super Trustee.
