### sec.207 End of appointment of interim management
A person stops being an interim administrator, or a member of an interim management committee—
if the person resigns by signed notice of resignation given to the department’s chief executive; or
if the Governor in Council, for any reason, cancels the person’s appointment; or
at the conclusion of the earlier of—
a fresh election of the councillors of the local government; or
the next quadrennial election.

- (a) if the person resigns by signed notice of resignation given to the department’s chief executive; or
