### sec.201D Dishonest conduct of councillor or councillor advisor A person who is a councillor or councillor advisor must not contravene a relevant integrity provision with intent to— dishonestly obtain a benefit for the person or someone else; or dishonestly cause a detriment to someone else. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
