### sec.197C Minister to make councillor advisor code of conduct The Minister must make a councillor advisor code of conduct that sets out standards of behaviour for councillor advisors in performing their functions for a local government or the council under this Act or the City of Brisbane Act 2010 . The councillor advisor code of conduct— must be consistent with the local government principles; and may contain anything the Minister considers necessary for, or incidental to, the standards of behaviour.
