### sec.184 Vacancy of office The office of a commissioner becomes vacant if the person holding the office— completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or is not qualified under section 181 to hold the office; or is removed from office by the Governor in Council for misbehaviour or physical or mental incapacity; or resigns the office by signed notice given to the Minister. s 184 amd 2010 No. 23 s 317 sub 2018 No. 8 s 18 - (a) completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or - (b) is not qualified under section 181 to hold the office; or - (c) is removed from office by the Governor in Council for misbehaviour or physical or mental incapacity; or - (d) resigns the office by signed notice given to the Minister.
