### sec.158 Acting as councillor without authority A person must not act as a councillor if the person knows that— the person is not qualified to be a councillor; or the person’s office as a councillor has been vacated; or the person is suspended as a councillor. Maximum penalty—85 penalty units. s 158 amd 2018 No. 9 s 22A - (a) the person is not qualified to be a councillor; or - (b) the person’s office as a councillor has been vacated; or - (c) the person is suspended as a councillor.
