### sec.150X Decision to dismiss complaint
The assessor may decide to dismiss a complaint about the conduct of a councillor if the assessor is satisfied—
the conduct—
has already been, or is being, dealt with by another entity; or
does not constitute a conduct breach or misconduct; or
the complaint—
is frivolous or vexatious; or
was made other than in good faith; or
a complaint made for a mischievous purpose or maliciously
lacks substance or credibility; or
dealing with the complaint—
would not be in the public interest; or
would be an unjustifiable use of resources.

- (a) the conduct— (i) has already been, or is being, dealt with by another entity; or (ii) does not constitute a conduct breach or misconduct; or
- (i) has already been, or is being, dealt with by another entity; or
