### sec.150V Investigative powers The assessor may exercise the assessor’s powers as an investigator under part 4 for an investigation under section 150T . Subject to part 4 , the assessor may— conduct an investigation in the way the assessor considers appropriate; and make any inquiries the assessor considers appropriate.
