### sec.150T Assessor must investigate conduct of councillor The assessor must investigate the conduct of a councillor under this division if— the assessor decides to investigate the conduct under section 150SD (4) (b) ; or the conduct is suspected corrupt conduct that is the subject of a complaint referred to the assessor by the Crime and Corruption Commission. The Crime and Corruption Commission may decide, under chapter 2 , part 3 of the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 , to refer a complaint to the assessor to deal with, whether or not in cooperation with the commission.
