### sec.150O Complaints about councillor conduct
A person may make a complaint to the assessor about the conduct of a councillor.
The complaint may be made to the assessor orally or in writing.
Subsection (1) does not limit who a person can complain to about the conduct of a councillor.
A person may complain to the Crime and Corruption Commission or the department’s chief executive about a councillor’s conduct.
