### sec.150I Chairperson may deal with unsuitable meeting conduct
This section applies if, at a local government meeting, the chairperson of the meeting reasonably believes the conduct of a councillor during the meeting is unsuitable meeting conduct.
The chairperson may make 1 or more of the following orders—
an order reprimanding the councillor for the conduct;
an order requiring the councillor to leave the place at which the meeting is being held, including any area set aside for the public, and stay away from the place for the rest of the meeting;
if the councillor fails to comply with an order to leave and stay away from the place—an order that the councillor be removed from the place.
If the chairperson makes an order under subsection (2) , the chairperson must ensure details of the order are recorded in the minutes of the meeting or, if minutes are not required for the meeting, in another way prescribed by regulation.

(sec.150I-ssec.2) The chairperson may make 1 or more of the following orders— an order reprimanding the councillor for the conduct; an order requiring the councillor to leave the place at which the meeting is being held, including any area set aside for the public, and stay away from the place for the rest of the meeting; if the councillor fails to comply with an order to leave and stay away from the place—an order that the councillor be removed from the place.
(sec.150I-ssec.3) If the chairperson makes an order under subsection (2) , the chairperson must ensure details of the order are recorded in the minutes of the meeting or, if minutes are not required for the meeting, in another way prescribed by regulation.
