### sec.150F Department’s chief executive to make model procedures
The department’s chief executive must make procedures (the model procedures ) for the conduct of meetings of a local government and its committees.
Without limiting subsection (1) , the model procedures must state—
how the chairperson of a local government meeting may deal with a councillor’s unsuitable meeting conduct; and
how the councillors at a local government meeting may deal with the chairperson’s unsuitable meeting conduct; and
how a suspected conduct breach of a councillor referred to the local government by the assessor must be dealt with at a local government meeting.
The department’s chief executive must publish the model procedures on the department’s website.

(sec.150F-ssec.1) The department’s chief executive must make procedures (the model procedures ) for the conduct of meetings of a local government and its committees.
(sec.150F-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , the model procedures must state— how the chairperson of a local government meeting may deal with a councillor’s unsuitable meeting conduct; and how the councillors at a local government meeting may deal with the chairperson’s unsuitable meeting conduct; and how a suspected conduct breach of a councillor referred to the local government by the assessor must be dealt with at a local government meeting.
(sec.150F-ssec.3) The department’s chief executive must publish the model procedures on the department’s website.
- (a) how the chairperson of a local government meeting may deal with a councillor’s unsuitable meeting conduct; and
- (b) how the councillors at a local government meeting may deal with the chairperson’s unsuitable meeting conduct; and
- (c) how a suspected conduct breach of a councillor referred to the local government by the assessor must be dealt with at a local government meeting.
