### sec.150EV Minister’s approval for councillor to participate or be present to decide matter
The Minister may, by signed notice given to a councillor, approve the councillor participating in deciding a matter in a meeting, including being present while the matter is discussed and voted on, if—
the matter could not otherwise be decided at the meeting because of a circumstance mentioned in section 150EU (1) ; and
deciding the matter can not be delegated under section 257 .
The Minister may give the approval subject to the conditions stated in the notice.

(sec.150EV-ssec.1) The Minister may, by signed notice given to a councillor, approve the councillor participating in deciding a matter in a meeting, including being present while the matter is discussed and voted on, if— the matter could not otherwise be decided at the meeting because of a circumstance mentioned in section 150EU (1) ; and deciding the matter can not be delegated under section 257 .
(sec.150EV-ssec.2) The Minister may give the approval subject to the conditions stated in the notice.
