### sec.150DL Conduct tribunal’s functions
The functions of the conduct tribunal are—
to hear and decide an application made by the assessor under chapter 5A , part 3 , division 6 ; and
another function related to a function mentioned in paragraph (a) or (c) directed, in writing, by the Minister; and
any other functions given to the conduct tribunal under this Act.
Nothing in this section limits the president’s duty under the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 to notify the Crime and Corruption Commission about suspected corrupt conduct.

(sec.150DL-ssec.1) The functions of the conduct tribunal are— to hear and decide an application made by the assessor under chapter 5A , part 3 , division 6 ; and another function related to a function mentioned in paragraph (a) or (c) directed, in writing, by the Minister; and any other functions given to the conduct tribunal under this Act.
