### sec.150DC Vacancy of office The office of the assessor becomes vacant if the person holding the office— completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or is not qualified under section 150CW to hold the office; or is removed from office by the Governor in Council because the person— is mentally or physically incapable of satisfactorily performing the assessor’s functions; or has performed the assessor’s functions incompetently or inefficiently; or resigns from the office by signed notice given to the Minister. s 150DC ins 2018 No. 8 s 12 amd 2023 No. 30 s 72 - (a) completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or - (b) is not qualified under section 150CW to hold the office; or - (c) is removed from office by the Governor in Council because the person— (i) is mentally or physically incapable of satisfactorily performing the assessor’s functions; or (ii) has performed the assessor’s functions incompetently or inefficiently; or - (i) is mentally or physically incapable of satisfactorily performing the assessor’s functions; or - (ii) has performed the assessor’s functions incompetently or inefficiently; or - (d) resigns from the office by signed notice given to the Minister. - (i) is mentally or physically incapable of satisfactorily performing the assessor’s functions; or - (ii) has performed the assessor’s functions incompetently or inefficiently; or
