### sec.150D Minister to make code of conduct The Minister must make a code of conduct that sets out the standards of behaviour for councillors in performing their functions as councillors under this Act or the City of Brisbane Act 2010 . See section 4 which requires the Minister, in making a code of conduct under this section, to do so in a way that is consistent with, and provides results that are consistent with, the local government principles. See also section 150CAA in relation to the application of the local government principles. Also, see the obligations imposed on councillors under chapter 6 , part 2 , division 5 or the City of Brisbane Act 2010 , chapter 6 , part 2 , division 5 which apply to councillors in performing their functions as councillors under this Act or the City of Brisbane Act 2010 .
