### sec.150CY Conditions of appointment The assessor— is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council; and holds office on the terms and conditions decided by the Governor in Council, to the extent the terms and conditions are not provided for by this Act. s 150CY ins 2018 No. 8 s 12 - (a) is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council; and - (b) holds office on the terms and conditions decided by the Governor in Council, to the extent the terms and conditions are not provided for by this Act.
