### sec.150BR Defect in relation to a warrant
A warrant is not invalidated by a defect in—
the warrant; or
compliance with this subdivision;
unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular.
In this section—
warrant includes a duplicate warrant mentioned in section 150BQ (3) .

(sec.150BR-ssec.1) A warrant is not invalidated by a defect in— the warrant; or compliance with this subdivision; unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular.
(sec.150BR-ssec.2) In this section— warrant includes a duplicate warrant mentioned in section 150BQ (3) .
- (a) the warrant; or
- (b) compliance with this subdivision;
