### sec.150AV Other improper complaints A person must not— make a complaint about the conduct of a councillor to the assessor— vexatiously; or other than in good faith; or a complaint made for a mischievous purpose or maliciously counsel or procure another person to make a complaint mentioned in paragraph (a) to the assessor. Maximum penalty—85 penalty units.
