### sec.150AHA Notice to assessor
The local government must give the assessor a notice complying with subsection (2) as soon as practicable after the local government—
decides not to start, or to discontinue, an investigation of the councillor’s conduct under section 150AEA ; or
makes a decision about whether or not the councillor has engaged in a conduct breach under section 150AG .
The notice must state—
the decision; and
the reasons for the decision; and
if an order is made under section 150AH —details about the order.

(sec.150AHA-ssec.1) The local government must give the assessor a notice complying with subsection (2) as soon as practicable after the local government— decides not to start, or to discontinue, an investigation of the councillor’s conduct under section 150AEA ; or makes a decision about whether or not the councillor has engaged in a conduct breach under section 150AG .
