### sec.119 Costs and expenses of advisors and financial controllers
The department’s chief executive may direct a local government for which an advisor or financial controller is appointed to pay the Minister a stated amount for—
the salary and allowances payable to the advisor or financial controller; and
the costs and expenses of the advisor or financial controller.
The direction may state a time for payment.
The stated amount is a debt payable to the State.
(sec.119-ssec.1) The department’s chief executive may direct a local government for which an advisor or financial controller is appointed to pay the Minister a stated amount for— the salary and allowances payable to the advisor or financial controller; and the costs and expenses of the advisor or financial controller.
(sec.119-ssec.2) The direction may state a time for payment.
(sec.119-ssec.3) The stated amount is a debt payable to the State.
