### sec.100 Fees on residents of particular local government areas
This section applies to the following local governments—
Aurukun Shire Council;
Mornington Shire Council;
an indigenous local government.
A local government may, by resolution, levy a fee on residents of its local government area.
The local government may exempt a resident from paying the fee, if another amount is payable to the local government in relation to the property in which the resident resides.

(sec.100-ssec.1) This section applies to the following local governments— Aurukun Shire Council; Mornington Shire Council; an indigenous local government.
(sec.100-ssec.2) A local government may, by resolution, levy a fee on residents of its local government area.
(sec.100-ssec.3) The local government may exempt a resident from paying the fee, if another amount is payable to the local government in relation to the property in which the resident resides.
