### sec.99B Notice classifying relevant premises as high risk
This section applies if, after considering any representations by the licensee under section 99 , the commissioner still considers all or part of licensed premises should be classified as proposed.
The commissioner must give the licensee a written notice—
classifying all or a stated part of the premises as high risk; and
stating the day from which the classification starts.
The notice under subsection (2) must not classify a part of the premises not mentioned in the notice under section 98 .

(sec.99B-ssec.1) This section applies if, after considering any representations by the licensee under section 99 , the commissioner still considers all or part of licensed premises should be classified as proposed.
