### sec.85 Application for approval
An applicant for a licence, or a licensee, may apply to the commissioner for an extended trading hours approval for the premises that are, or are to be, the licensed premises.
If the application is granted, the approval must be endorsed by the commissioner on the licence.
Subsection (1) does not apply to an applicant for, or holder of, a community other licence.
