### sec.82 Restriction on grant of community other licence and other related matters The commissioner may grant a community other licence only if the commissioner is satisfied the relevant club is a non-proprietary club. The commissioner must include the following matters in a community other licence— the times, totalling not more than 25 hours a week, for the sale of liquor under the licence; the area to which the licence relates.
