### sec.72 Principal activity of a business under a producer/wholesaler licence The principal activity of a business conducted under a producer/wholesaler licence is either or both of the following— the production and wholesale sale on the licensed premises of liquor made on the premises; the wholesale sale on the licensed premises of liquor. The authority under a producer/wholesaler licence to sell or supply liquor does not apply unless a business is conducted on the licensed premises with the principal activity as mentioned in subsection (1) . s 72 sub 2008 No. 48 s 13 (sec.72-ssec.1) The principal activity of a business conducted under a producer/wholesaler licence is either or both of the following— the production and wholesale sale on the licensed premises of liquor made on the premises; the wholesale sale on the licensed premises of liquor. (sec.72-ssec.2) The authority under a producer/wholesaler licence to sell or supply liquor does not apply unless a business is conducted on the licensed premises with the principal activity as mentioned in subsection (1) . - (a) the production and wholesale sale on the licensed premises of liquor made on the premises; - (b) the wholesale sale on the licensed premises of liquor.
