### sec.67D Restriction on grant of subsidiary on-premises licence
The commissioner must not grant a subsidiary on-premises licence to a person for a vehicle the commissioner reasonably considers is, or is to be, used primarily to transport persons by road between licensed premises.
Also, the commissioner must not grant a subsidiary on-premises licence to a person if the commissioner is satisfied that the sale of liquor proposed to be carried on under the authority of the licence would more appropriately be carried on under the authority of a licence of another kind.
