### sec.64 Authority of commercial special facility licence
A commercial special facility licence authorises the licensee—
to sell liquor on the licensed premises, for consumption on or off the premises, during ordinary trading hours or approved extended trading hours; and
to sell liquor on the licensed premises, for consumption on or off the premises, at any time to a resident on the premises; and
to sell liquor on the licensed premises, for consumption on the premises, at any time to a guest of a resident on the premises while the guest is in the resident’s company.
The authority under subsection (1) is subject to this Act and the conditions that the commissioner has stated in the particular licence.

(sec.64-ssec.1) A commercial special facility licence authorises the licensee— to sell liquor on the licensed premises, for consumption on or off the premises, during ordinary trading hours or approved extended trading hours; and to sell liquor on the licensed premises, for consumption on or off the premises, at any time to a resident on the premises; and to sell liquor on the licensed premises, for consumption on the premises, at any time to a guest of a resident on the premises while the guest is in the resident’s company.
(sec.64-ssec.2) The authority under subsection (1) is subject to this Act and the conditions that the commissioner has stated in the particular licence.
- (a) to sell liquor on the licensed premises, for consumption on or off the premises, during ordinary trading hours or approved extended trading hours; and
- (b) to sell liquor on the licensed premises, for consumption on or off the premises, at any time to a resident on the premises; and
- (c) to sell liquor on the licensed premises, for consumption on the premises, at any time to a guest of a resident on the premises while the guest is in the resident’s company.
