### sec.58 Available licences
The following licences may be granted and held under this Act—
commercial hotel licence;
commercial special facility licence;
commercial other licence;
community club licence;
community other licence;
nightclub licence.
Only 1 licence may be granted or held for premises, or part of premises, but a licence may be granted or held for the premises or part even though there is a licence under the Wine Industry Act 1994 for the premises or part.
However, if a licence is granted or held for premises, or part of premises, under this Act and the Wine Industry Act 1994 —
the licensee under both Acts must be the same person; and
liquor may be sold under the licence under this Act only for the trading hours authorised under the licence.

(sec.58-ssec.1) The following licences may be granted and held under this Act— commercial hotel licence; commercial special facility licence; commercial other licence; community club licence; community other licence; nightclub licence.
(sec.58-ssec.2) Only 1 licence may be granted or held for premises, or part of premises, but a licence may be granted or held for the premises or part even though there is a licence under the Wine Industry Act 1994 for the premises or part.
(sec.58-ssec.3) However, if a licence is granted or held for premises, or part of premises, under this Act and the Wine Industry Act 1994 — the licensee under both Acts must be the same person; and liquor may be sold under the licence under this Act only for the trading hours authorised under the licence.
- (a) commercial hotel licence;
- (b) commercial special facility licence;
- (c) commercial other licence;
- (d) community club licence;
- (e) community other licence;
- (f) nightclub licence.
- (a) the licensee under both Acts must be the same person; and
- (b) liquor may be sold under the licence under this Act only for the trading hours authorised under the licence.
