### sec.54 Conditions about approved plan
It is a condition of a licence that the licensee—
keep the licensee’s approved risk-assessed management plan for the licensed premises available for inspection at the licensed premises by an investigator and patrons of the premises; and
display signage at the premises in a way that is likely to make patrons aware that—
the licensee has an approved risk-assessed management plan for the premises; and
the plan is available for inspection by patrons; and
ensure all staff of the premises, and crowd controllers engaged in maintaining order in and around the premises, are aware of the plan and perform their duties at the premises in compliance with the plan.

- (b) display signage at the premises in a way that is likely to make patrons aware that— (i) the licensee has an approved risk-assessed management plan for the premises; and (ii) the plan is available for inspection by patrons; and

- (ii) the plan is available for inspection by patrons; and
- (c) ensure all staff of the premises, and crowd controllers engaged in maintaining order in and around the premises, are aware of the plan and perform their duties at the premises in compliance with the plan.
