### sec.50 Application of pt 3A This part applies in relation to a proposed risk-assessed management plan or revised risk-assessed management plan that must, under section 105A — accompany an application mentioned in section 105A (1) ; or be given to the commissioner in relation to an application mentioned in section 105A (3) .
