### sec.44 Register open to inspection The register must be available in the department at Brisbane for inspection— by an investigator or a police officer while performing duty for the purposes of this Act, free of charge; and by any other person, on payment of the fee prescribed. s 44 amd 2001 No. 39 s 3 sch - (a) by an investigator or a police officer while performing duty for the purposes of this Act, free of charge; and - (b) by any other person, on payment of the fee prescribed.
