### sec.357 No fee payable for particular applications to vary subsidiary on-premises licences (meals)
This section applies if—
before the commencement, a licensee was the holder of a licence for licensed premises the subject of a takeaway liquor authority granted under part 10A; and
immediately before the commencement, the licensee held a subsidiary on-premises licence (meals) to which section 67A applied; and
on or before 30 June 2022, the licensee applies under section 105 to vary the licence in relation to the sale of takeaway liquor under section 67A(2)(c).
Despite section 105(1)(d), no fee is payable in relation to the application.

(sec.357-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a licensee was the holder of a licence for licensed premises the subject of a takeaway liquor authority granted under part 10A; and immediately before the commencement, the licensee held a subsidiary on-premises licence (meals) to which section 67A applied; and on or before 30 June 2022, the licensee applies under section 105 to vary the licence in relation to the sale of takeaway liquor under section 67A(2)(c).
(sec.357-ssec.2) Despite section 105(1)(d), no fee is payable in relation to the application.
- (a) before the commencement, a licensee was the holder of a licence for licensed premises the subject of a takeaway liquor authority granted under part 10A; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, the licensee held a subsidiary on-premises licence (meals) to which section 67A applied; and
- (c) on or before 30 June 2022, the licensee applies under section 105 to vary the licence in relation to the sale of takeaway liquor under section 67A(2)(c).
