### sec.339 Acceptable evidence of age This section applies if a document was acceptable evidence of the age of a person under section 6 as in force immediately before the commencement. Despite the amendment of section 6 by the Tackling Alcohol-Fuelled Violence Legislation Amendment Act 2016 , the document continues, from the commencement, to be acceptable evidence of the age of the person for this Act until— if the document is cancelled or revoked before it expires—the document is cancelled or revoked; or otherwise—the document expires. s 339 ins 2016 No. 4 s 62 (sec.339-ssec.1) This section applies if a document was acceptable evidence of the age of a person under section 6 as in force immediately before the commencement.
