### sec.324 Civil banning orders On the commencement— any current order ceases to have effect; and any current proceeding ends. In this section— current order means a civil banning order or interim civil banning order in force under repealed part 6C immediately before the repeal of that part by the amending Act. current proceeding means a legal proceeding under repealed part 6C started but not finally dealt with before the repeal of that part by the amending Act. repealed part 6C means part 6C as in force before the commencement of this section. s 324 ins 2014 No. 42 s 81 (sec.324-ssec.1) On the commencement— any current order ceases to have effect; and any current proceeding ends.
