### sec.322 Transitional provision for subsidiary on-premises licence (entertainment)
This section applies to a subsidiary on-premises licence that, immediately before the commencement, was a current licence to which section 67AA applied.
From the commencement, the licence continues in force under this Act as a nightclub licence held by the licensee on the same terms as the licensee held the licence.
If, immediately before the commencement, the licence was subject to a condition, the nightclub licence is taken to be subject to the condition.

(sec.322-ssec.1) This section applies to a subsidiary on-premises licence that, immediately before the commencement, was a current licence to which section 67AA applied.
(sec.322-ssec.2) From the commencement, the licence continues in force under this Act as a nightclub licence held by the licensee on the same terms as the licensee held the licence.
(sec.322-ssec.3) If, immediately before the commencement, the licence was subject to a condition, the nightclub licence is taken to be subject to the condition.
