### sec.32 Notification of review to interested persons
As soon as practicable after receiving notice of an application for a review under section 30 , the commissioner must give to the principal registrar written notice of the names and addresses (as last known to the commissioner) of all persons who made an application, submission or objection in the proceeding relevant to the review.
The principal registrar must give to each person whose name and address have been notified to the principal registrar under subsection (1) , other than the person who applied for the review, written notice that a review has been started.
At least 3 days before a hearing of a review is to start, the principal registrar must give written notice of the time and place of the hearing to the following persons—
the person who applied for the review;
the commissioner;
as far as is practicable—each person whose name and address have been given to the principal registrar under section 32 (1) .
In this section—
objection includes an objection made by the Minister under section 119A .
