### sec.318 Existing applications This section applies to the following applications made before the commencement of this section if, on the commencement, the application has not been finally decided— an application for a licence or permit under section 105; an application for approval as an approved manager under section 142Q. The application must be decided under this Act as amended by the Criminal Law (Criminal Organisations Disruption) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2013 . s 318 ins 2013 No. 64 s 115 (sec.318-ssec.1) This section applies to the following applications made before the commencement of this section if, on the commencement, the application has not been finally decided— an application for a licence or permit under section 105; an application for approval as an approved manager under section 142Q.
