### sec.313 Existing appeals about decisions of chief executive or commission This section applies to an appeal against a decision of the chief executive or commission if, immediately before the commencement, the appeal had not been finally dealt with. The appeal is taken to be an appeal against a decision of the commissioner and the court or tribunal may hear or continue to hear and decide the appeal after the commencement as if the decision had been made by the commissioner. s 313 ins 2012 No. 25 s 143 (sec.313-ssec.1) This section applies to an appeal against a decision of the chief executive or commission if, immediately before the commencement, the appeal had not been finally dealt with.
