### sec.311 Orders etc. of chief executive or commission taken to be orders etc. of commissioner
This section applies to an order, application, direction, notice, approval, action, authorisation or decision of the chief executive or commission under this Act that is current immediately before the commencement.
After the commencement, the order, application, direction, notice, approval, action, authorisation or decision is taken to be an order, application, direction, notice, approval, action, authorisation or decision of the commissioner and the commissioner may deal or continue to deal with the matter the subject of the order, application, direction, notice, approval, action, authorisation or decision.
A licence current immediately before the commencement is taken to have been granted by the commissioner and continues to be current.
A licence granted before the commencement that, immediately before the commencement, is suspended is taken to have been granted, and suspended, by the commissioner.
The chief executive gave a licensee notice under former section 98 in relation to premises considered to be high risk and, at the commencement, the 14-day period to make written representations under former section 99 had not ended. After the commencement, the commissioner may continue to act in relation to the notice under part 4, division 9.
